Monitoring Rebuilding Hotel Palace Luzern
Since December 2018, an altitude monitoring system consisting of liquid levelling and total stations has been monitoring the total reconstruction of the historic Palace Hotel in Lucerne.
The responsible civil engineers have put an automatic measuring system out to tender due to the far-reaching renovation work, which also influences the statics of the hotel.
Thanks to automated limit value tests and 24/7 access to the measurement results via the SwissMonitor web portal, those responsible can sleep peacefully and analyse height changes in the sub-millimetre range.
Further information on this project can be found here.
